“The staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip destinations. But, for a hotel that said "recently renovated" on its main web page, the place seemed to need a little more love: the room was mostly clean. The paint/doors had scuffs from many guests. The AC was loud, but worked well. Tub had a few stray hairs in it and a ring of dirt near the faucet, which came up easily with a Clorox wipe I packed with me. “The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The side door of the building cannot be opened with the room key. The back door of the building is always unlocked. The room telephone did not have a dial tone therefore I could not make a call to inform the staff that we could not access the internet upon arrival. Internet was available the next morning. There was a tiny cockroach on the bathroom vanity.”

“The room was ok but unfortunately the shower didn’t have hot water and I could hear like a rat moving all night in the air ventilation. I also used the washer and after the drying cycle I noticed that my clothes were still wet. I had to hang them in my room so they could dry. I informed the lady at the front desk, she seemed annoyed…it was 58 degrees in the morning and I ended up taking a cold shower before leaving. I would say worse hotel experience ever. I pay full price, I expect full...
