“The room was decent, good for the price, above average overall. The room was basically good, bathroom very clean, but the corners were a little run down, but not nasty. Air conditioner struggled, but worked and it was quiet and safe. The woman working the desk was incredibly helpful and very nice.”

“The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. “My husband and I were traveling thru so just needed a place to shower and sleep. The pictures of the room on the website looked decent and the price to stay was inexpensive. You get what you pay for…the room was tidy, however, the bathroom door didn’t close, the shower curtain needed to be replaced and the moulding was held up by electrical tape in some spots. “The front desk her name was Nancy. She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. I hope our next stay has Nancy because she was just amazing! Not to mention she also gave us a night free for our next stay which was so nice of her. Thanks to Nancy our stay was wonderful! “We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque.”

“Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels.
