“I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back some other time. If they had a bigger gym then it would have exceeded my expectations.”

“This hotel is located along the halfway point to visit family in Ohio. Every year we stop on the way there and stop on the way back. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are great. The indoor pool is awesome for the kids for a quick swim before bed. The food is great and offers a full buffet. We will continue to stay here every year for our Ohio trip.”

“I like that Double Tree was clean and I felt safe, considering I was traveling alone. However, I was quite surprised that I had to pay $14 per day to park in their parking lot! My room was not cleaned on the 3 days I was there, however, the cleaning staff attempted the 1st day but I was not ready to leave. I guess I should have told the front desk on the mornings I was prepared to leave.”

“The staff was amazing the lady that checked me was so helpful interpersonal skills made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would stay agin just to be serviced by her. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay not many options. Overall it was a very nice stay”

“When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . He just said again , in an imperious tone, “Move your car.” No explanation !! When we got to our room, the tv had the wrong remote, so you couldn’t use the tv. “Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! I only chose this hotel in hopes of using...

“This hotel has roaches. Other than that great staff. Room was clean when I walked in however I woke up the next morning and roaches were everywhere. I checked out that day.”
