You need a car to go to Charlotte downtown but you really get there in few minutes. Our room was on ground floor. It was pretty spacious, with a quite wide closet and a comfortable kingsize bed in a modern style furniture. Bathroom was a good size with a tub. Hair conditioner was supplied.
