Because we extended our stay, though we stayed in the same room, we had to ask to have our sheets changed. That happened on our ninth day, ONLY because I had to ask three times. “I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

“Blood stains on my mattress which is why we spent approximately 10 minutes in the room and left to find a different place to stay. Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !! My wife was apologizing for choosing this place to which I replied was not her fault !”
