“Room was very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hot and cold breakfast options. Guest laundry was great. Gym looked good, shame I didn’t have time to use it!”

“Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. ”

“Bathrooms not in good shape and in need of repair. Need a coffee maker and coffee set up. Housekeeper was super nice. ”
