“The concept and space was clean and as described. However worh it being a newer establishment they still have some bugs to work out. There were issues with power surges when using certain appliances. The response time from service request were very slow. One request we placed was not completed at all but was marked completed in the application. Some od the amenities eere not available. Lastly there weren't clear directions or signage on which entrance or side od the property the rental/hotel...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise.
