“Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! ”

“Clean, cozy, and convenient. Our room is shared with the second floor resident but is a private quarters with a bathroom and small kitchen. There is also a private resident downstairs who is the contact for keys and has great recommendations. The place accommodates 4 but I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be close quarters. Great for a couples stay. It's walking distance from almost everything.”

“Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. Thank you, Charles, for the awesome stay in your beautiful home!”

“Loved vacationing at Luna Sea! Very affordable but not really “you get what you pay for” as it was super cute and well kept. Honestly, I think the only “complaints” we would have is the back door know was a little loose which made the door harder to open and I would recommend a little shade over the deck. We did make do with an umbrella as the picnic table did have a hole for one. Would recommend! ”

“House was nice. Kitchen equipped. Beds comfortable. Could have used a little more water pressure in shower but no big deal. Only negative was large groups of people coming from across the street walking directly in the back yard of house and parking their entire families directly in front of the chairs we had rented. The whole beach was open and they literally sat directly in front of us. They rented bay side houses but wanted beach front access I suppose. ”

The pool for after beach and game room is awesome. In the heart of everything if you want but quiet if you do not. It’s literally a 200 ft walk to the entranceway path to the beach.
