“Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, i trasporti, la possibilità di raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi, le dimensioni dell’appartamento. Inaccettabile il livello di disorganizzazione. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento per tre persone che all’arrivo era allestito per due persone. “La stanza era grande e spaziosa. Ho trovato qualche capello e pelo qua e la nel bagno ma nulla di disastroso. Doccia ampia dotata di bagnoschiuma e shampoo disponibili. La stanza parte di un complesso residenziale e quindi non un vero e proprio hotel. Bella posizione e vista su parco e baia/pier. L'acqua della piscina era fredda e quindi ho deciso di non usarla, nonostante quella zona sia molto carina e con la bella stagione aprendo le grandi finestre verso il parco sono certo faccia ancora un...

“The property was clean,quiet after 10:00 and great views of the lake. The only negative was the obvious guest with a kayak sticking out of his truck, parking right in the staircase to the door. People had to climb rocks to get around his truck. That was in no way the resorts fault.”

“The property is a little hard to find. It’s listed as Natural Bridge State Resort Park but the hotel itself is called the Hemlock Lodge. It’s built into the side of the hill. The pool is like 100 steps down at the bottom. Super friendly staff and clean property. A smoke free hotel but the workers are constantly smoking right outside the doors leading out on their breaks. We were visiting with our 2 dogs. The only issue we had is there is no dedicated spot for the dogs to go to the bathroom....

“If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.”
