“La stanza era grande e spaziosa. Ho trovato qualche capello e pelo qua e la nel bagno ma nulla di disastroso. Doccia ampia dotata di bagnoschiuma e shampoo disponibili. La stanza parte di un complesso residenziale e quindi non un vero e proprio hotel. Bella posizione e vista su parco e baia/pier. “Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, i trasporti, la possibilità di raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi, le dimensioni dell’appartamento. Inaccettabile il livello di disorganizzazione. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento per tre persone che all’arrivo era allestito per due persone. Il call center ha impiegato circa tre ore per approvare il trasferimento temporaneo in un altro appartamento e la mattina successiva abbiamo dovuto lasciare la sistemazione provvisoria ma il nostro appartamento non...
