“The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours.”
