“No spa or pool - maintenance time . No hot water for showers. One bed too soft room 830. No microwave so I couldn’t eat my left over delicious biscuits and gravy. But, excellent food for breakfast and in the bar. Didn’t ruin our stay but I will pick a different hotel next time.”

“Overall the stay was great. The manager was very accommodating. Expedia did not confirm my stay, buy the manager honored the room and price. I paid the hotel directly. Their service from check-in to check-out, including the valet, was excellent. ”

“Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance.”
