“I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was at capacity. This was surprising, as we arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time. So it was unclear how the property could already be fully booked.

“Location eccellente e punto di forza della struttura. Il personale, salvo delle rare eccezioni, è stato poco sorridente e poco Guest oriented. Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. “We came for the first time on our honeymoon and 10 years later we came back and it was just as incredible as the first time. Perfect location, gorgeous views, the staff is amazing. Love all yhe amenities from the pool, the spa, and thr fire pits, all of it. Our room was a tad dated but nothing to fuss over.
