1. Domus in Como by Rent all Como

Centro città di Como

“Extremely frustrating stay – Poor communication and broken ACI had a very disappointing experience here. Communication with the management was highly difficult throughout my stay. They are incredibly inflexible with check-in and check-out times, and they offer no convenient options for luggage storage, making arrival and departure a massive hassle. Worst of all, the air conditioning did not work during the peak of summer. The issue was never fixed while I was there, and the property refused to...

“Absolutely terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation and paid for my stay, but on the day of check-in, I was told that there had been a “change in their reservations” and that I would no longer be able to stay. The biggest issue is that they had already taken my money, canceled my stay at the last minute, and then refused to provide me with a refund. This left me having to deal with the situation and find another place to stay despite having already paid for a confirmed reservation. I...

9. Appartamento in centro con vista lago e garage

Como

“Location excellent, 5 stars with views across lake and able to sit on balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the small boats coming and going at the jetty. Very hot when we stayed but the Aircon in all rooms was very efficient, and the windows were excellent at keeping any street noise out, a good undisturbed nights sleep. The property was a little worn and would benefit from some update and maintenance in places, but had all you needed and owner was very responsive.”

10. Rezia Apartments by Rent all Como

Como

“The service and the incessant messages prior to check-in left a bad impression. Firstly they forgot to charge us a cleaning fee and charged us separately for it. After that was a message regarding uploading our personal documents - which was acceptable. Finally they even asked for a video call to verify my identity. The entire process was so tedious with message after message on various payments, documents and calls to be made. I was boarding a flight and could not entertain their video call and...

14. Vanessa Apartment

Centro città di Como

“Vanessa’s apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was as central as you can get. You’re steps from cafes, restaurants, the lake, and buses and train stations. The communication upon check-in and check-out was clear, timely, and friendly. I received a text the morning of our arrival with really helpful photos to show us where to go. The unit itself is flawless. It was great to have a place with air conditioning. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen to make...

“The host was wonderful to deal with, professional, caring, informative. Check in/out was simple. The location was away from congested areas, great to have a cafe below for morning meal. Its 15 minute walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the water. This is an accommodation I would book again. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants in this location, small market and a wine store.”

17. Borsieri Como Apartments with Parking by Rent all Como

Como

“Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. We found hairs on and around the bed and throughout the apartment, the floors had clearly not been vacuumed, there was a broken fingernail next to the bed, and even toilet paper with a brown substance on it. We immediately reported everything and were told that another cleaning would be...

Residence Diaz

10/10 Eccellente

"Ottima posizione e pulizia"

Hotel Borgo Antico

10/10 Eccellente

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. It is a short distance from the railway station. It has been beautifully renovated. Bed linen is beautiful and included a top sheet- very rare in hotels these days. I like to sleep with a cover and a doona is usually too hot. Included breakfast is very special. We even had coffee made to our choice by the wonderful man at breakfast and a freshly squeezed juice by the lady. We had an early trip one day and were given a breakfast to take and a take away coffee. When I first booked a room was unavailable for the last night but the hotel waited until one bacame available so we didn't have to change rooms. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the Lake. Could not have had a better stay. Highly recommend."

Palace Hotel

8/10 Buono
