“Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...

“We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. ”

“The location was excellent and the property’s biggest advantage close to everything we wanted to see and do in Paris. However, cleanliness was the main issue. We did not see mold on the bed, but there was a strong musty, mold-like smell from the bed, blankets, and bedding. The carpet also seemed unclean.
