“We stayed here for a couple of days prior to our cruise, and it was a great location for that. Check in was easy, although finding the door again can be tricky, look for the sign. One thing to note is that there is not a living/sitting room, we just sat around the dining table and chatted. Rooms are good sized ant the beds are comfortable. Better than a hotel room for a few nights, we'd stay there again.”

“Es una propiedad antigua y espaciosa. Hay que subir muchas escalas para llegar asi es que atentos con eso, no sé si en el anuncio esta especificado, pero nosotros no lo sabiamos. En general nuestra estadia estuvo bien , pero en algunas habitaciones faltaba mobiliario, la habitacion de mas arriba no tenia almohadas ni velador, asi tambien faltaban algunas frazadas”

“Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything. ”

“Gut gelegen vis à vis vom Meeresmuseum. Sauber, guter Zustand, gut eingerichtet (inkl Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen), praktische Rauminteilung. Etwas knapp an Tüchern (zB kein Abtrockentuch) & nervig, dass man allen Müll selber entsorgen muss.”

“L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, affaccia solo in un cavedio perciò non ha alcuna finestra alla luce diretta ed é molto umido. Pur avendo soggiornato in aprile faceva freddo. Il termoarredo presente era guasto. Gli organizzatori ce ne hanno fatto pervenire uno nuovo il giorno seguente. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 4, la casa era allestita per 2. Hanno provveduto a sistemare in qualche ora. La comunicazione non é male, ma un po’ disorganizzata. Ci sono alcune istruzioni a...

“Great location, nice apartment. Couple of minor downsides - no storage space (eg for clothes) and not much kitchen equipment (no knife, aside from normal cutlery, for example). But apart from those it was a great choice for a short break in Genoa”

“You can’t beat the location. We walked to all meals and Aquarium. The apartment was adequately furnished although some minor repairs were needed. There is construction going on in the building in particular right across the hall. Noise from that started about 8:30 in the morning so there was not much chance for sleeping in. There was a lot of activity on the street but the apartment was quiet at Night. We felt relatively safe walking around although there were hustlers trying to sell us things...

“Fantastic stay in this apartment, 15 minutes walk from the main station and a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants in Genoa. The harbour feels like a neighbourhood with a few shops and restaurants by still quiet at night. Unfortunately check in info wasn't provided until the morning of the stay, and there were just a couple of sachets of soap in the bathroom. But the kitchen had everything we needed, would definitely recommend and choose stay again.”
