Aci Catena is ideal for day trips to the Etna, Taormina, Syracuse. Isabella is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and made everything smooth. ”

The kitchen has everything you might need. The balcony facing the ocean is nearly 10m with the most astonoshing view! (we even saw dolphins jumping one day) . “I do t think the photos online so it enough justice. We loved staying here with my now adults boys. The place is an oasis. Set back down a level track, it’s a peaceful haven to valet away from it all. The gardens are wonderful with so much fruit growing (I’d pick some lemons for the drinks, eat strawberries, figs, avocados) but also lots of herbs too it if want to cook with them. “Lovely home about halfway between Catania and Taormina. 3 bedrooms/baths on a different level so privacy for all, with a flex room that can be a 4th bedroom. Home was spotless with spectacular view over the sea. Only drawback: pulling in/out of garage was very difficult as garage opens onto very busy street. We parked across the street and held hand of small child.”
