“This is a lovely bright and spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a grand and well maintained building, perfectly located for access to shops, restaurants and bars. It's a 10 minute walk from the funicular terminal, and while it overlooks the main street of the town, the entire apartment is surprisingly quiet (thanks to new double-paned windows).The kitchen is new, and fully appointed; bedrooms are frankly huge, and quite comfortable, and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. “This lovely apartment is in a perfect location - just minutes from everything. The angle of the short set of stairs was a challenge at first but we quickly got used to them. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet with comfy beds. It was fun being in the middle of everything in Orvietto. The host's communication was great as well. We'll stay there again for our next visit. ”

“The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
