“The house is lovely. It's nice and big and we could spread out. The Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. But there are some drawbacks. The bathrooms don't have regular showers. Four of the five bathrooms have handheld showers in a bathtub which is a little difficult for Americans who are not used to it. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor and we like to cook. The utensils and pots and pans were also not great, and made it difficult to cook.”

“We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! ”

“This house was the best equipped for a long stay and the outside gardens are just so beautiful. The house was somewhat humid but I think it was due to the opening season early in May. We had a problem with hot water which was quickly resolved ”

“We really enjoy this property, this is the second year in a row that our grouo our friends stays at the villa for a long weekend. Although comfortable, clean and with a agreat view, lawn space and pool, was a bit disappointed to see that some of the amenities that were broken last year were still broken this year. A few things to point out - some of the lawn furniture is very rusted and needs to be replaced. One of us fell through the same chair that we fell through last year. - the pool...

“We will never forget this villa! Old world charm with modern amenities. Memorable place for a large family or many couples. Living up on the mountain provided nice air and superb views of the harbor below. The home was quaint, comfortable, & spacious. Grounds were beautiful. An old rich-feeling Italian villa, with dish washer, laundry, and extremely impressive AC. It’s definitely not right in town, yet the views made it worth it. Helpful to have a car, park in main lot. You can walk up and down...
