The other two rooms are of a more modest size but still very comfortable and both these rooms also each have their own bathrooms, and a little extra sitting room space. They helped me to coordinate my transport and waiting for us by water transport and even helping on our luggage to give us preliminary tour of Venice which was enough to know the area well.
