“This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!”

“We had a lovely stay here. It's the perfect neighborhood, quiet with lots of shops and places to grab a bite to eat or drink. Easily catch the #2 tram outside the front door and go into the main city or take it further out and explore some excellent restaurants. Robin was an excellent host. Quick to reply to questions and gave us a long list of stuff to do and restaurants to try. He left us with a stocked kitchen of essentials and coffee. “The neighborhood was away from the central area so it was quieter and had access to everything needed. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards. Hans went above and beyond to help in every possible way. He was also very responsive to assisting with technically challenging appliances and in helping us navigate the transportation. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.”

“Ho apprezzato la posizione, comodissima al centro città, una sola fermata del treno diretto alla Central station. Comodissimo al supermercato, ben fornito, distante solo 200m. Ottima struttura, moderna, funzionale e pulita. Il personale alla reception giovane e molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliabile. Forse la zona dovrebbe attrezzarsi con un’offerta maggiore di ristorazione quali bar e qualche ristorante.”

"Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, a due passi dalla stazione centrale e una decina di minuti dalla meravigliosa piazza Dam. Colazione ottima, soprattutto grazie al macchinario per fare gli waffle freschi! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera standard, piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, letto molto comodo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri! Grazie Ibis!"
