Appartamenti a Stazione metro di Atocha Renfe

“Outstanding location. Walkable distance to major Madrid attractions. Immaculate in terms of cleaning. We stayed here for five nights.”

“Room was tiny and had not AC, just a small desk fan. It was in the high 80’s durning my stay. I wasn’t able to sleep well do to the warmth in the room. Notified attenended and was offered another fan. Those rooms need AC!!!”

“The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

“Everyone was really nice. Communication was quick and easy. Everything was as listed and I enjoyed my time here. Definitely worth the price.”

“Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location”

“No me gustó el staff”

“Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need...

“The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance.”
