Pulizia top!”

“Everything was great. Only small items - comforter had some stains and when we arrived there was a condom on the entrance door (nothing to do with the staff but definitely leaves an impression)”

“Highly recommended. Great hosts. We loved it”

“Todo bien!”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The bedding was very thin, and we felt cold during the night. Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from people walking outside our window, as well as every passing car, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. One concerning incident was that we returned to the property after spending the day outside and found our window open. On our last day, while packing our luggage, we also noticed that a...

“Struttura nuova pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto disponibile ”

“We loved this stay- we ended up changing to this location when our other hotel did not work out. The process was easy and even had convenient luggage storage before we could check in. The amenities were great as was the location. We would stay here again if ever in the area.”

“Excellent experience for the few days we stayed…”

Terrible experiencia”

“We”

“Buena locación, los baños son compartidos”

“Natia the hostess was very nice and helpful,”

“This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...

“The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. The property was very clean, my room was spacious, the 1st bathroom was large, and the cleaning lady was very kind. However, shampoo was not provided. Laundry fees are not clearly disclosed on Expedia: €10 per load for a very small washing machine and €5 for a dryer that barely dries clothes. Communication was poor, with different people contacting guests daily and most being unresponsive. The keys were unreliable, especially the main...
