“Le silkhauss est idéalement bien placé . L’appartement dispose d’une petite cuisine , bien utile . Il y a une très belle piscine , bien agréable avec une petite vue sur le Burj Khalifa et building et buildings alentours. Le point noire étant dès notre arrivée , le ménage n’était pas fait .(l’équipe ménage est venu dès le lendemain matin). Et nous n’avions aucune carte d’accès pour l’ascenseur, donc pour se déplacer dans l’immeuble , étages , réception , parking et piscine ! Autand vous dire...

“The location was excellent. We had a couple of issues with our particular apartment though. After a couple of coolish showers, we realized that the hot and cold taps in the bathroom were reversed. It would have been helpful to know that right off the bat. We also had issues with the combination lock on the door on our arrival. The building concierge was able to help us with that. The only other problem we had was that our first cab driver wasn’t familiar with the Clarens towers and he dropped...

I arrived and they didnt have my booking. stayed on the phone with Expedia Customer service for over an hour, they couldn't sort it out, I still didnt get my refund. really poor service and Expedia didnt help when I needed.had to go to another hotel and paid again .... ”

“We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

“Lo standard qualitativo di dubai è davvero alto in generale e qui al Sonder il trattamento è davvero al top! Appartamento davvero grande per i nostri standard europei personale sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Piccolo market all interno con le cose indispensabili, bar e ristorante con tutto il necessario. A 20 min a piedi dal dubai mall. ”
