The room was not perfectly clean upon arrival, and I even observed insects present. The sofa bed was broken, the hot water supply was very limited, and there was no room service or regular towel replacement. Additionally, I was asked to pay approximately USD 100 for cleaning services. Overall, the room appeared outdated and is in need of significant renovation.”
