“I called multiple times to confirm my reservation, the front desk clerk angrily told me that I did not have a reservation. When I called Expedia and then called back the hotel to confirm, the clerk told me "Oh you should have said you were coming tonight, yeah we have you here". When I eventually checked in, the staff had left my key and a map inside an envelope OUTSIDE. I called the number on the map to ask for directions and the person on the other side of the phone was extremely rude and...

Highly appreciated all services, i.e. the inner garage, wood and all accessories to light the fireplace in the apartment, coffee tea and water available in the hall. I still don't get why any hotel would spend money on amenities (sensor toilet, heated mirror) that has little or no affect on how you sleep. Get some good mattresses for Goodness sake!”

“What a lovely place to stay in Basalt! We got a room facing the river and it did not disappoint! The patio area is quaint, charming and tranquil. Literally steps from the door, you can hear the river flow all night. The price is fair and everything you need is in walking distance. Parking is plentiful and secure. ”
