“The location of the hotel, right in the middle of Meribel, is very convenient, not only for skiers but also for folks who want to walk around the village at night and enjoy the various restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV access to Netflix that was not resolved but staff seemed to be trying. Pleasant dining room as well as the bar. ”

Camere vecchie, datate e fredde, bagno con doccia nella vasca senza nessun tipo di protezione e di conseguenza allagamento del bagno durante la doccia zero frigobar colazione pessima insomma non si può spendere tutti questi soldi per un hotel che sta tra le due e le tre stelle e non le quattro ufficiali”

“Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. “Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.”
