“The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate.”

“Staff was great and love the fact that it’s pet friendly. Not easy to find in NZ. Unsure why there was a $20 surcharge for having a pet at the check in that wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking though. Might need to look at that. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay here for the last 4 nights. The owners are lovely and accomodating. Lots of privacy and the spa was enjoyable! The room was spotless on arrival and the cleaners were respectful when approaching our room for a service. Everything was super clean, the only thing we noticed was the spa area had a smell to it. Outside only Other than that, thank you for having us! We’ll definitely be back. ”
