“Great location and comfortable place to stay”

“Nice place to stay. Very clean. The shower didn't have great pressure, so for someone who has a lot of hair, it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. I would stay there again and it felt kind of off the beaten path, but minutes to a lot of things and downtown. I would recommend it. There is not a true restaurant now, but I was told by staff there will be one opening soon. They do have a buffet style breakfast...

“Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.”

“Bathroom smelled musty. Hot tub was too hot and need of replacement. Bed too soft. Good location. Office was convenient and always had hot coffee and hot water for guests. People were helpful and friendly. Area safe. Liked having free parking outside door.”

“Small room. Incredibly small bathroom. Needed help getting the TV to work. No real instructions. Pretty much bare minimum. Convenient to downtown is about all it has going for it.”

“This hotel was everything we were looking for and more. Staff was very friendly during check in, rooms were clean and spacious, and all the amenities were absolutely delightful. The attached restaurant, Harison's, was delicious (breakfast and dinner)! I will be staying here again, and truthfully don't think I will stay anywhere else from now on.”

“The Village and World Mark is the only place we stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. Excellent for families with the kitchen and separate bedrooms. Amenities are top notch including several hot tubs and pools. Kids love the arcade, afternoon popcorn, and swimming. Very clean room with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. Great staff that are very attentive and make this the best place to stay in Steamboat.”

“Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog. There were just a couple of things that would have made our stay even better. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:00 a.m., and since we had to leave at 6:30 a.m., we weren’t able to enjoy it. It...
