“I rate everything about this property to be excellent, although the vending could be better. ”

“The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.”

“Room was average but great for the price. Older hotel but served my purpose well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional for a quick grab and go. ”

“John who was at the desk the evening that we checked in was the consummate professional - a very gracious host. The ground are nicely kept; the lobby is clean and inviting; and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The hostess for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again over other hotels within a few exits on the interstate. ”

“HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like...

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was so nice and the staff was exceptional. The room itself was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I'm not sure how long this hotel has been open, as places sometimes typically decline in service the longer they are open. PLEASE do not let that be the case with this hotel as I was very pleased and will definitely stay again wherever I'm back in that area.”

“Soon was clean enough and staff was friendly. Hotel smelled like smoke and spray to attempt to mask the smoke. Food is horrible. Better off staying at a holiday inn. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you can afford better. Bed was comfy and I had a decent night sleep and for that I’m grateful ”
