When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. “Hotel cared more about the people on their patio than people who are staying with them. I could quite literally hear everything that was happening as there were 15+ diners 10 inches from our hotel room window. Blasting music until midnight. People above us seem to enjoy dragging their chair back-and-forth till about 1 AM. TV did not work. No record player in the room. Charleston has a fun city, but do not stay here.”

“Loved staying here! The property, inside and out, was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the park and the river across the street was lovely. All the positives make up for the location being a bit further from restaurants and bars, although within walking distance depending on your abilities. We’d stay here again!”

“The staff was super kind and helpful and the room itself was spacious, comfy and clean. The pool was small and a bit dingy and it would've been so much better if there was a fitness center. The continental breakfast was standard, coffee was good and ice machine was clean. I also loved that they had a bottle filling station. One thing is they should allow a cigarette on the balcony or a designated area of the patio. My husband had to walk behind the building to have a smoke”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

I did feel that the hotel showed wear since my last visit. It was still wonderful but if I’m being honest it went from pristine to very nice. Locations is Perfect.”
