Hotel a Stetchworth

“L'aria condizionata era rumorosa ed inutilizzabile perché scorreva sulla moquette. La doccia si occludeva dopo due minuti e straripava sul pavimento. Mancava lo scopino pulisci water. Chiudendo a chiave la porta del bagno interno si restava bloccati per la maniglia semirotta!.Per tre volte (su sei) non ci hanno rifatto la stanza!!!. La camera era una quadrupla davvero arrangiata e non ci hanno dato possibilità di cambio se non proponendo cifre folli. La qualità della prima colazione era davvero...

“The staff was amazing. When we got there and our room wasn’t set up as a twin for my adult daughter and I they swiftly offered us both our own rooms using an unbooked room - we don’t even have to ask. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks!”

“This hotel is not comfortable. No elevator, and thin curtains. A lot of light from the windows wakes you up at sunrise. Bathroom dirty and with bad smell. Good breakfast, and free parking. Dinner restaurant with limited choice and expensive for the quality and service”

“A classic country pub with new upmarket bedrooms that impressed. The breakfast in the bar was good although my brown toast was dry and burnt. For the money it is good value and the bedrooms are the best aspect. ”

“L'hotel anche se non è al centro è in una buona posizione vicino alla stazione che in 10 minuti si arriva al centro di Cambridge. Quello che mi è piaciuto meno è la colazione in base agli altri holiday inn era più scarsa e scarsa quantità”

“Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. Shampoo...

“We stayed here only one night and the staff made us feel very welcome and at home! We had a tasty lunch in the pub. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Very comfortable room with everything one needs for most stays. Excellent breakfasts and as always very good value for money. Warm welcoming staff who are always helpful. Excellent parking although now on Ringgo App. Good road links although sat nav may mislead at nearby roundabout.”

“Very nice country hotel in the countryside near Duxford IWM, reasonable rooms, beautiful old building, free parking. All fine except the shower temperature knob was stuck on "burning hot" and when I reported it to reception upon checking out I was told.. "it's the customers' fault, they keep forcing the knobs out". Had the response been "Sorry sir, we apologize" my overall opinion would have been different.”
