“Gentilezza del personale, camera pulita e letto comodo. ”

“the hotel is clearly overated, the conditions aren't so good, very old fornitures, not particularly nicely kept, and not very comfortable bed. the room is large but still i would not go back there. value for money is considered low. ”

“Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels”

“Staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel is dated and needs some TLC. The original building is full of character and additional rooms have been added later. Decor needs to be updated”

“The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We did have an issue with a double booking on the second night of our stay, during which the second group were able to enter the house with our belongings in as you are instructed to leave the second key in the lock box. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. After this, we received no communication from the host to apologise until we contacted him.If the hosts are going...

“Facility is a bit old but well maintained. Staff are good”

“The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use).”

“Lovely hotel and nice restaurant. Good for a relaxing week-end.”

“È un hotel comodo per aeroporto di Luton”
