“I was on the second floor - three day stay with a lot of stuff. the one elevator was broken the whole stay. I was not warned at check in that elevator was broken. Tub drained very poorly which staff fixed promptly. The two bedside tables had lamps with way too dim bulbs; I had trouble reading in bed.”
