“We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. We were told we could not be in the lobby and made to feel like outsiders in a...

“This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...
