“Clean hotel”

“Was very impressed with check in. Not so much with the elephants running around in the room above us at 1:00 AM.”

“The only reason I chose this hotel is because I stayed here about 4 years ago. It was excellent ( then). But, unknown to us, upon arrival , we found out that that hotrl was under remodeling, which meant that the main floor was covered and barricaded AND the breakfast restaurant unavailble. “Crazy part my family had two suites for 2 nights, a family of 5. The Furniture worn down to the springs. We were literally sleeping on springs. Busy weekend had no wait staff, and pool closed during spring break how was this a vacation? Nasty carpet. Room smelled like a dog. Pros were breakfast and concession area. We are a special need a family so we are unable to vacate often. We are from Texas and have also lived in the area. We were expecting so much more. I don’t have time to go into detail...

“Alijiah (please forgive if misspelled) is such a kind and caring soul. I was in desperate need of some quiet “me” time, and his service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property based on his service alone. In addition, the room was spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were unmatched. I was super impressed! The housekeeping staff was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate all I encountered; everyone contributed to a wonderful stay!”

“Overall is a good property, except the receptionist on the front desk aren’t very professional in communication or in their attire. Seemed like we were at one star motel front desk.”

“We booked through Expedia and selected indoor pool as we were traveling with kids. This hotel popped up so we booked it. We get there and the pool is down until December. No signage in motel of this at all. We asked how to get into pool and that is when we are told closed until December. You have to search extra amenities to see pool closed which if I am selecting indoor pool and the hotel pops up I am not going to go searching to confirm its open. “This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”
