“1 bedroom suite with balcony. The bedroom door wouldn't close and lock. The door was misaligned. In the tiny bathroom look up at the light it's not seated in the hole. The living room tv had to hard reset to get any channels for my daughter. Unit was spacious and clean. Front desk kinda keeps to themselves which is good for me. But other parents in the group didn't like it so much. Not that bad of a hotel. There was no do not disturb sign and still got no service after the first night. Had to...

“The desk clerk is super friendly and was great the first time we stayed and we got to see him again! He just made the stay so nice!”

“The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.”

“It was very busy but Kayla was very helpful. She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered.”
