“the place was not clean and the people were not nice. I have problems with my payment and the people in the hotel are not cooperating. they are hardly available and they do not reply the emails. they do not speak any english. after 6 days of my stay there, my room was cleaned only once... etc not recommended at all”

"The hotel is lovely and located in a modern, quiet neighborhood that's well-connected to the city center by several metro lines, all just a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order with no timeline for repair, and the main restaurant was strangely closed during the summer."
