Cottage a Stockton Island

“Private beach was excellent. We had such a good time playing in the water. Housing was comfortable. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with what we needed. Problem was finding the place. The address cannot be seen from the road because covered in vegetation. Also the communication with owner and with Vrbo was frustrating and for the most part nonexistent. We had such a great time that the problems now seem insignificant. ”

“The cabin is extremely clean and well organized with anything you can think of. It's located really close to town, but just outside, so you have peace and quiet. The hosts are very responsive and it made for a perfect trip. ”

“We have a long history of spending Labor Day weekend on the Island and have stayed at many of the notable VRBO’s here . This is an outstanding property and my personal favorite . My husband and I spent a total of 8 wonderful nights here with our 3 adult children , their spouses , and 4 of my 5 grandchildren ages 2-9 .We utilized all of the sleeping spaces with the exception of the reading nook. “The location was a few miles from Bayfield making it very convenient but allowing for privacy and relaxation from the busy town life. It was also an easy drive to the other side of the peninsula. Although the property is shared by another cabin the drive is large enough that it still felt like its own place. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with more than I ever realized. It was very nice to have so much included and not need to pack as much for the trip! ”

“Beautiful landscaping, amenities, and comfort. Every detail covered including kitchen spices, makeup remover, q tips, bathroom sprays, games, and more. We were very comfortable and the views out of all the windows were amazing. We rented both cabins and though the Rock Cabin Cottage had more sleeping space for our family, the Main Cottage was more luxurious with the deck, furniture, propane fire pit, and patio lights.
