“The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening. The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue. Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol. ”

“Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. “We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. We had a very satisfied little dog in the room but when she saw the outside greenery she was absolutely thrilled as were we. Unlike a lot of hotels where they claim to be dog friendly but then...
