“Host Adam was great and communication was great. ”

“Freezing cold showers, amenities missing from the rooms, no room phones, only 2 restaurants with the same exact menu. To be as full as it is it was understaffed and someone also got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Last night there was an entire party next door screaming until 5:30 in the morning and though we called they did nothing about it.”

“Upon arrival, room had obvious peeling paint, several insects, and looked dirty. Tv did not work in first room, staff offered another room which we accepted. More bugs in second room, ants on nightstand and in bed sheets. "Breakfast" consisted of bad coffee and individually wrapped banana nut muffins. Staff did not seem to care when we informed them about the bugs on checkout.”

“For the price $69 a night the room was fine. Clean, had refrigerator and microwave oven. The floor had lots of scarring which made it look dirty. Overall as stated for the price it was fine. I would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was a nice addition.”

“As soon as you walk into the lobby, you look down on the floor and it looks like nobody has to sweat.Our mopped floor was dirty. Then whenever you walk to your room to get on the elevator you can tell nobody has vacuumed because all the dirt was cluttered along the edge of the wall. Some of the trimming needs to be repainted , are updated. There were several doors that look like a dog has scratched on them.Are the shiny veneer was coming apart. “The staff was friendly and the maintenance man helped me out with no problems. The parking lot is very well lit. Overall good overnight experience.”

“I reserved a king, non smoking room but was given a double wreaking of smoke. Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and the walls has items thrown in them. There were underwear and socks under the bed and the face sink started to clog at first use. The bath tub was dirty and hairs were seen in several places. I reported that the sink is clogged on Monday morning to the front desk about 830am. The attendant stated that the maintenance person will be in at 10am and he would address it. I...
