- As typical of historic cottages, the stairs are steep. Handrails are provided, and guests should take extra care.

Local farm shops and the scenic Cotswold hills are also nearby, making this an excellent base for mixing town life with outdoor time.

Extra Charges
- Pet fee: £25 per pet (maximum 2 pets)
- Optional hot tub add-on: A Lazy Spa hot tub can be added for £250 per stay, purchased after booking is confirmed. 48 hours’ notice is required, and it will be filled with fresh water for your arrival.


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
- Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
