“It is in a beautiful location but remote which requires a shuttle to get into town. That requires a one hour notice which can be quite constricting. You will be doing lots of walking to get to the shuttle spot. The rooms are very poorly lit and have no usb connections so you do need to remember to bring a plug. There is no elevator which means you carry your bags up the stairs.”

La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown...

“Staff were nice & friendly. The room was very hot and without AC we could only open the window and it didn’t help very much. We stayed 2 nights and had both our room keys both stop working in the middle of our stay. We also found random pills under the bed. Great location, but I wouldn't stay here again.”

“The Otter Hotel was the perfect choice for my wife and I. We are on a moth long camping trip across America and wanted to see Banff. We chose to take a break from camping and landed at the Otter. It was wonderful. The people at the desk greeted us like family and were so accommodating. Our room was perfect with a view of the mountains. Spectacular.
