“Close to highway, room was clean. No amenities , no coffee or continental breakfast as adv. rugs throughout need to be changed. Barking of dogs throughout the day and evening as people walking in hallway was greatest annoyance”

“Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me.”

“it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep.”

“I travel often. First time writing a bad review. The rooms in the Holiday inn express in Montgomery New York were so dirty!! I actually feel bad for man at front desk. It's not his fault. It's the company that should replace the filthy rugs and moldy bathrooms. I will never stay in a holiday inn express again. The reviews I read had to be false. It's in a great location. Could be so nice if it was clean. ”

“I checked into the motel room and found cockroaches in the mail area and the bathroom, unfortunately. I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first. The next morning, I went to use the microwave oven to cook the oatmeal from the continental breakfast and there was a dead cockroach stuck on the microwave door upon opening it. “Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway.”
