“Hotel vicino a grossi bidoni della spazzatura. La stanza puzzava, le finestre non si possono aprire. Staff molto gentile, colazione buona.”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Our stay at Hotel Universal was pleasant and convenient. We were in from Calgary for the Canadian Championships for soccer and it was only a 1/2 block away. The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good food. I would recommend this hotel.”
