“Upon checkin extremely detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do, lots of rules. But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. It left us feeling very uncomfortable, after all, if there are problems you are supposed to go through VRBO and they have all those details already.Fridge did not work at allHair dryer did...
