“The staff was very nice, quick to offer any help. The entrance to the parking lot has a couple of driveways near it, went to the wrong one a couple times. The room was clean; it was nice and warm as well with the heater. A nice selection of cable channels. The water temperature for the shower seemed a bit finicky, either burning hot or a bit warm when turning the shower handle. This place is Indigenous owned, also there was a paper in there that said it was bought as is. Probably the worst part...

Ma per un aspetto non ho dato il massimo: non si può avere in un bel hotel vasca da bagno con tenda e poi per le mani un dispenser da supermercato. Inoltre il miscelatore doccia pessimo. Questo mi ha portato ad abbassare il voto da ottimo a buono. ”

“The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely.”
