“The room was large, we spent a lot of time in the living room. The AC didnt work. When we asked tge guy that came to change the pillow case how it worked l, he didnt know. The pillows in one of the rooms had hair on it Not sure if it was from previous pets or they didnt change it. They replaced one pillow case then then i found another 2 hairs on another pillow....what else wasnt cleaned? Otherwise it was very nice. Quiet. Large. Just wished the pillow cases were changed and the ac worked.”

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...
