“The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all. The wind can be felt coming through beneath the doors and between the windows. I asked for a space heater and...

“They are not accommodating at all
I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page.
Then got told I should be luck to get a refund.
Would not recommend this place at all ”
