“The staff was great, I really enjoyed the breakfast. They accommodated my room request, and we were able to park where we could view our vehicle out of the window. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was regarding the pillows, they were very flat and I went to the store and purchased a couple of pillows and slept great after that. I only mentioned this to the staff upon checkout and they apologized and asked if I had mentioned it previously to any other staff, I...

“This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“There was no Continental breakfast and in my opinion the prices for for a large coffee and a burrito was a little overpriced. The same as a hamburger and fries. I believe for the price that they charge you there should be some amenities that you don't have to pay for.”

“Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.”

“We typically only stay at Motel 6 when we have our dogs, they have a relaxed no pet fee and no dog restrictions. So this is why we went with them. We had a tire issue and ended up being like 3 hours behind schedule, so we got a room here as opposed to driving another 3 hours to our air bnb. The place is super ran down, dirty and filled with drug addicts, and possibly women of the night if you know what I mean. “The room was clean however the shower had areas of rusty looking discoloration. The shower had poor output and could not turn above lukewarm temperature. The morning breakfast had variety but the foot was not warm.”
