I realize your advertisement said the property had some wear from use but what we actually found was incredibly poor maintenance practices and obvious long term neglect. Clearly this place used to be very nice but it has been ruined by a lack of proper care. “We had a very comfortable stay at Orange Oasis. The location was near a friendly corner market and a small grocery and book store. We didn't spend time in the apartment during the day so we didn't take advantage of of the many windows that let in nice autumn light. Check in was easy, verything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is pretty bare-bones and there isn't a lot of extra "stuff" around so if we were planning to do a lot of cooking or hoping to play games and read books...
