“Very friendly staff. Convenient location, but not right in the middle of tourist places and things to visit. This place does a great job at falling between the expensive hotels in Memphis and the cheap shady places. It does have a hot breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, juice. It does have a gym however they are missing the smaller weights under 10lbs. I think this is probably as good as the $150/night places for a good deal. I felt safe in the area. I saw cops patrolling. “Toilet didn’t work & when I told staff about it he handed me a plunger. The smell was horrific. The noise was out of control all night long. I left with a very bad rash on both arms & very large bumps on my arm. Some sort of small pest. ”

“I guess you get what you pay for but this place was over all bad. The electrical socket plate came off. The refrigerator was smelly and the part of the freezer was jammed up with frost. The microwave was old and not plugged in and then when I used it, it produced a smell. The shower head was detached and could not sit up right by itself. “This is one of my favorite hotels because it is cheap and it is literally right by the bus station I am an extreme fan of the bus because it is extremely cheap literally only 2 dollars to ride around Memphis Tennessee all day”

“Very clean hotel in the room, in common areas and the sparkling pool! Would absolutely stay here again. Gated property with valet and self parking (both with a cost per night). Located on a four lane Main Street, but no shops or restaurants in walking distance besides those related to Graceland and the Guest House. Worth it for relaxing at the pool (no pool bar or restaurant) and visiting Graceland and Christmas shop with a shuttle to and from both every 1/2 hour.”

“Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.”
