“When I pulled back my blankets me and my husband found hair in our bed!!! Disgusting!! When we checked out we told the guy we wanted to speak to a manager and he said no manager was on site because it was a holiday and gave me a card to call tomorrow. He didn’t care what I had to say. Very nasty. I would be going back.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse...
